Minor Internal Bug Fixes

UPDATE Effective: April 11th, 2018

The Artemis system now provides the County, Municipal and Board of Education users the additional functionality to submit the Dispostion Requests for Emails. The Disposition Request entry screen shows a new selection for the users to specify if the records to dispose are Emails or other medium such as paper, etc. Users will be prompted accordingly to agree to the email specific attestations when submitting the request. The Dispostion Request form and the RMS Review Summarysheet printouts also clearly identify the medium of the records.

UPDATE Effective: March 7th, 2016

The Artemis system has been updated to now allow County and Municipal users to eSign (electronically sign) the disposition request prior to submitting to RMS. A disposition request can be electronically signed by all levels that require a signature, Requester, Approver and Auditor.

Users have the ability to control which disposition requests they would like to eSign or sign via Wet Signature.

NEW UPDATE FOR ARTEMIS SYSTEM – Effective Monday June 1, 2015

https://onlineservices.darm.state.nj.us/Artemis/login.aspx

The Artemis System is upgraded to expand the use by School Boards and State Agencies. This update also simplifies the submission process for the Disposition Request Forms by eliminating many of the PC configuration issues commonly faced by the users.

With this update there is no need for complex Windows security or Internet Explorer setup changes. Simply use MS Internet Explorer, Enable popups and Compatibility View for this site in Internet Explorer.

With the new release, you will  “UPLOAD” a scanned copy of the signed Disposition Request Form and/or any supporting documents in the system. There is no longer a need to configure your scanner to work with Artemis system – the option to directly Scan the disposition request form in Artemis System will no longer be available . Only supported option will be “UPLOAD” of the Scanned Form Image and/or any supporting documents.

Please follow the below steps:

1)       Use the Scan software that was supplied with your individual PC/Scanner to scan the signed Disposition Request form image and/or supporting documents on to your local PC drive.

2)       Optionally, you may use a Multi-Function Copier/Printer/Scanner (MFC) and scan the signed Disposition Request form image and/or supporting documents to a designated folder

3)       Login to Artemis Software and “UPLOAD” the previously scanned image of the signed Disposition Request form and/or supporting documents from your local PC drive or from the MFC Drive in to Artemis system.

4)       Please note as in the past, all scanned images have to be TIFF File format, Black and White with 300 DPI resolution. Also, please use Microsoft Internet Explorer and Enable popups and Compatibility View for Artemis Website in Internet Explorer (https://onlineservices.darm.state.nj.us/Artemis/login.aspx).

We believe with this change the process will be faster and easier for all users.
